Yes, you’ll need to handle this via naming. I’d be honest, clients logic will not evolve quickly.

How do you see that being set up without the organisations functionality? I’d start having to name projects in a strange way to mimic this functionality, and the projects page would rapidly become very unwieldy.

Unless you plan to follow this up very quickly with a more useful usage of the clients system in the very near future, then this is a solid step backwards in usefulness for me.
